Locking the thread not be a good decision and just like you said if the thread becomes a spam ground and no update from the admin it will be better to get it locked. But if the admin will appoint a representative to answer people around here.
You can't stop people on making out some words about on what's happening and as long admin/owner won't respond then expect replies and sentiments would come over or would really be piling up.It won't be considered spam yet we do have different opinions about this issue so don't be bitter since this is a forum after all.
Lightlord had clarified out that everything would be fine but it seems that they haven't resolved out on whatever situation that they are facing.
