OP, @Persgrata account already has a very clear negative tag. and the projects s/he campaigns for.

if there is still a bounty hunter who believes and registers the bounty campaign that s/he handles, of course, that is a risk that must be borne by the bounty hunter.
if bounty hunters want to think a little smarter by ignoring bounty manager accounts like @Persgrata, I don't think this problem needs to be raised again.
