Just FYI, at the moment although there is a way to deposit with btc but unfortunately there is no option for you to withdraw in BTC. You can do it with bank transfer or if you prefer crytpo then you can withdraw with USDT (TRC20). As explained as ryzaadit above, you may withdraw big amount as long as you are higher level VIP account (Platinum at least). To be Platinum VIP, your total deposit within a month should be at least 600M IDR or around 2BTC.
I know binance are also in a problem of btc withdrawals but they provide some fixes like you can withdraw your btc on other chains. Is this site experiencing the same thing? But if not and this really how it works ( can depo btc but can't withdraw) then they should change or rename their title and remove that btc word as that can only confuse the gamblers and can cause them to experience a problem like their btc can get stuck on this casino as they only like btc and they don't want other coins.
The rules of their vip is also different from the others. Usually on other casino the withdrawal limits are the same for all vip ranks but you might only need to do a kyc if you are withdrawing a really huge amount.
