Why do you gamble every day? I think this is the first sign that you have a gambling addiction that you will have trouble coping with on your own. If I were you, I'd try playing less often, like once a week. It's not about how much money you spend on gambling, it's about the fact that the more often you gamble the more you support the addiction and not fight it.
This is the start of that addiction, playing everyday doesn't guarantee any return or profit so it's better to limit your playing time because gambling is not a good source of income. It's hard to win because the house always have the advantage over the gamblers, even if the odds is telling different, expect the house will still be the real winner here. Just gamble, occasionally and you'll realize how tricky the gambling is, if you don't want to get addicted stay responsible.
In my experience as a gambler i agree that gambling everyday is not the right way to do it and it increases the chances of an addiction and in my opinion if you are on a loosing streak and you keep gambling it means there is something wrong that's how most gamblers lose their money, to make rational decisions while gambling you need to be cool and not stressed out and you need to have control of your funds not the otherway around.
