Issue like this rarely happen and for past couple of months I see less issues coming on this thread and what good thing that Karl is active answering because he can eliminate the worries building up in the mind of their costumer. Also it seems that the team is carefully looking at the issue to validate things so I guess he got an answer now and for sure Bitcasino is here actively fixing a issue like this since they are known reputable casino in this forum.
That's the good point I like about them is @Karl himself making response to any issues or doubts so there is no delay in solving the issue and customer satisfaction remains the same.Sometimes the technical part is time consuming as they need to verify it thoroughly to avoid any problems with other issues also but it will be gone soon.
