This is another player that Ten Hag wants to bring to United next season, because as far as I can see in some of the hottest issues there are at least De Jong, Christian Eriksen, Jurrien Timber and now Antony that Ten Hag wants to bring in.
Even though this is still just a rumor, they must get at least 1 or 2 players from the many targets currently available.
Those are great players and also have very good experience so if Manchester United are able to get two players out of some of the ones you say, then the Manchester United squad will at least be a little stronger next season. And I would prefer that Antony and De Jong could be acquired by Ten Hag for Manchester United which he is currently coaching.
But the problem is that no one can really be brought in right now because their negotiations are always stuck.
But Antony and De Jong might be able to add to the breaking power there. De Jong is still quite good in midfield even though he couldn't do much last season with Barcelona but he is still good enough, apart from that he can also be placed in Second Striker. Antony is now a decent striker at Ajax. 12 goals in 33 appearances in all competitions is still good enough for this young player.
