For those who don't know, you shouldn't necessarily be an artist yourself. No skills in this department? No problem. Just ask your friends or family members to create a decent piece of art for you, and then submit it. That's what I'm planning to do, anyway. It was allowed before, and I hope the rules haven't changed.
There are no changes to the rules, but
you have to be quite careful or at least check first whether the work is original, the work of your friends or family is not the result of plagiarism because if it turns out to be a plagiarized work you can get in trouble. I once tried to get my friend to do this but it's unfortunate because he doesn't know about Roobet so he didn't get the idea to make this art work.
Good point! I think everyone who's outsourcing the job, so to speak, must know that it is his/her responsibility to check the work on plagiarism. You can't say: "Oh, it wasn't me who plagiarized. You can't blame me! It wasn't my fault!" No. Since you are submitting it from your account, you are responsible.
