I also think that the Bitcoin price may reach this bottom, although this is still unpredictable. Buying Bitcoin by average is wise way to come up with this current market situation. this is exactly much better than all in buying.
But, I myself will not use around that percentage.
I differentiate the average by buying every 10% of my funds.
^ A lot of people ask what is the right time to buy and wait for the right time when the price hit the button price, but that is right, BTC price is unpredictable and no one knows when it will dump or pump even. I think BTC will not drop more to $15K and we already hit the button price on it.
