I already thought about it. But then I thought that maybe I'm not in that category, because I hardly browse the international tabs. 
You don't have to be active in the general part of the forum if you are applying to be a merit source that will be focused on your local board so I don't see that as some kind of a problem. Joker, you would be a great merit source and certainty needed in our local board.
