I don't really see anything special about HEX, maybe I need to run a check again. But for me I wouldnt buy such token now at this stage of the market. There are many good coin to buy into.
I quite agree with you with this bear market condition I think it is much better to minimize risk,
top coins like Bitcoin,Ethereum and BNB are much more viable and safe to buy,
but then again it depends on everyone because they have their own decision
