In reality, these sort of posts are probably touching upon a few of the guidelines, but I generally believe guidelines 24, is the best example case here.

After the mod decides to delete all threads created by HumanityWhole, then I can think that it implies that the mod can apply its interpretation to remove everything if
[user posts his blog link solely to increase visitors]. So obviously it's a rule violation that results in a low value spam thread. IMO
