I believe Long-term investment is good but it depends on which coin you choose to hold for long-term. If you hold a shit coin for the long-term result will be worse so I always suggest BTC, Ethereum, and Bnb kinds of coins that are tested and always survived the bear market these are the good options for the Long-term otherwise while choosing new coins I prefer short-term.
