bitvest needs to respond to the support tickets... It would be much appreciated... Would like to be able to use my account on bitvest instead of an alt.
How long you've been waiting for your ticket to be read by them? I thought that even with the absence of lightlord, everything is running smoothly for this casino and for the other one. If it's already too long that you've been waiting for the support ticket to them then there's a tendency that the others that have sent it to them are pending as well. It's almost closing in for a month since he was online. As your concern is about the security of your account, they should have responded to you already.
They wont really be making out some complaints if it was just new or been several days for them not to get any response from the team which its obviously this one do took so long.
Its not really something good to look for the business, complaints and issues raise and left unresolved plus having no response from the owner or any representative on the forum.
Sooner or later, i wont really be surprised that players will really be leaving out this platform/site just because of these issues plus having no clear
whether the owner is still developing or handling the site or totally just running around without any supervision?
