That's what happen if you believe whatever YouTube videos or live that you watch. You have to make some research first. The scam projects looks are very professional and you will believe that it is a legit ICO project when it is not. There are some real ICO projects that have a good start but forced to shutdown or scamming their investors and whoever knows their project.
