Bangladesh team is strong in ODI format, but they are too weak in test format. BCB should take proper steps to improve their players capability in test matches. Recently they have removed Mominul from the test captaincy as he wasn't doing well, then they removed him from the squad as he continued with poor performance. Bangladeshi players should bring some changes on their playing style in test matches.
Bangladesh is currently at no.2 position in the 2020–2023 ICC Cricket World Cup Super League, and that shows their strength in ODI format. At the same time, they have struggled in the test format, especially if held outside the subcontinent. Apart from a revamp of their domestic structure, one thing that may help is if some of their key players take part in English county cricket (4-day). Players from Australia, South Africa and Pakistan regularly take part in this tournament and all of them benefit greatly from playing in different conditions against quality bowlers.
