I have checked the case and it seems like the support agent offered you to forward the case, as the support agent already had added the $3 bonus.
I checked the account in question and i saw that the bonus is there.
As there has been no other reports on this today, and we had two testers test this now we could not find any issues and we ask that you check your account again.
