The problem with Apple's Walled Garden concept is that they absolutely require full control over all revenue streams generated through their apps and hardware*. This is exactly the same reason why Flash will never be allowed on Apple devices. Apple will never allow altcoins or Bitcoins through its services without opening a floodgate for other entrepreneurs.
