There must of been a rule change because when I questioned about this they told me there was no lossback bonus.
It didn't matter about rank at the time but now if what you are saying is a recent change then that answered it.
They didn't know how much the lossback was only that if you lost ALOT that you would be offered such bonus on losses.
It was around $15k-20k within a week period would you be offered.
But that amount has probably changed as well from when I asked about it. About 3 months ago when someone on their chat stated they had received it after loss after loss in this given amount of time.

I must admit that their VIP system is so so hard to keep up with,,, I bet you most players have given up already and do not even really claim much or at least the regular ones who are not even Platinum (which is well impossible to achieve if you got into it late.Last time I even checked the bonus/reload or whatever it is called it was just a few cents.
I wish I paid attention to lossback when I gambled THAT much!!
