I feel for you. On the other hand I am almost sure that all the bigger national communities face similar problems. How the others handle them?
I saw the chaos growing bigger from the start and also arriving here at some point.
For this reason, I communicated the issue to my staff colleagues some time ago.
There is no general solution for different opinions. That's fine and Bitcointalk is good as it is. But not everyone likes it and that's why they try with all their might to make the problems bigger and bigger instead of looking for a solution (together).
