i believe, one way to resolve this situation is to have your own content in terms of FAQ, ToS and others. you can have your reference like bustadice but don't copy word for word. maybe, in your own words, create content for your site. we know that no one starts from scratch, they definitely got their content from somewhere, but you need to avoid the plagiarism issue and make your own.
