I got the same interview request. Those reading this thread, they locked my account. They insisted for a recorded video call interview. It is not mandated by BSP to interview customers via video call to get your "KYC" or know your customer details to update your customer record on their system. Withdraw your money and/or crypto  as soon as you read this because you will never know when they will lock your account. I don't trust them anymore. I have found another platform way better than coins.ph.

I use Abra app now. Setting up this app is seamless for me. Verification process of customers is automated (mabilis). The fees are low and can transfer money to your bank account, e-wallets, crypto wallets, etc..
Ganyan talaga ang process nila at lahat ng dadaan sa process na yan ay pare parehas lang din ang magiging ending. It's either lock account o di kaya lower limits.
Kaya kahit PHP wallet ko sa kanila, di ko na masyadong nilagyan ulit, inuunti unti ko nalang inuubos yung laman nun kasi wala na rin namang saysay at yung karamihan sa services nila nasa iba't-ibang wallets na rin naman like gcash, paymaya, shopeepay, etc.

kaya now mas naka focus na ako sa pag gamit ng Binance p2p at least direct sa Gcash and yeah mabilis na mas mura pa ang fee.
Masyado kasi silang naghigpit at nagbibiglang KYC kahit parang hindi naman na kailangan dahil daw sa pagsunod nila sa mandato ng BSP. Masayang ala ala nalang yung malakihang withdrawal kay coins.ph at halos lahat tayo puro direct Gcash na mga transactions natin.
Micro transactions nalang talaga at kapag maubos yung funds ko sa kanila sa php wallet ko, di ko rin sure kung magdedeposit ulit o hindi. Pero kung magdeposit man ako ulit, mababa nalang.
