For a genocide apologist you're too chickenshit. Just own it. Admit that your gnome dictator is exterminating Ukrainians. You're discrediting the Russian armed forces by implying that they hit some empty mall or didn't hit anything at all.

I read something recently (in an admittedly untrustworthy source) that the IMF has put a bounty on 'low grade' Ukranians and wants the total in-country count of this population group to be below 10M before the current phase of this thing is wrapped up.  The only reason I paid any mind to it at all is because it would explain the actions and activities of various 'leadership groups' quite well.  Like, say, French howitzers with cluster munition rounds bee-lining to within range of Donesk to fire into civilian areas as one of many examples.  Also, of course, rounding anyone who can walk as conscripts, giving them a few rounds, and abandoning them to the tender mercies of some fairly impressive Russian artillery work.  Likewise sending millions of 'refugees' out-of-country.

And this yesterday in Kyiv - the child must be Azov nazi slash military factory worker:

More likely this is just errant 'Ukrainian' air defense weaponry.  An anticipated consequence of using human shield.  I'm not saying to shut down the defence industry in the Kiev area; just quit bitching at the obvious consequences of such a decision.

Very possibily yet another completely staged event which seems to be the focus of Ukraine's war-fighting strategy and has been since day one ('Ghost of Kiev', 'Snake Island', Russian rape-gangs, etc, etc, etc.)  About what one would expect when an acting troupe is selected to run a country.  The natural fall-out of such a strategy is that very soon no thinking people will believe a word you say about anything even in cases where the story is actually factually based.

As it is, any fool can see that Russia can destroy anything they want any time they want in any part of Ukraine.  Clearly civilian infrastructure is not a target, and it's even pretty clear that, for now, the Russians are being surprisingly careful to try to avoid unnecessary collateral damage.
