Yes, it seems remarkable for the Ukrainian neo-nazi's to the 'good nazi' kosher seal of approval from the ADL to most people, but with some deeper research into both history, and to the esoteric nature of some of these philosophies, it starts to become less mysterious.  Even I myself was a bit surprised at that one.  Mighty amused as well.
