Don't quote me wrong mate revisit the title of this thread which said "how I controlled my " Gambling addiction" and not how I stopped gambling.
I went ahead and litted how I put permanent to my addiction and I didn't mean permanent stop to betting in order to clear readers and writing this thread does not mean it happened now this was my past experiences back days when I was in the University.
