I know that Pakistan has some good players in cricket but never thought that they are not good at other sports.  I wonder even if fifa unban them, they still won't be able to show any progress in the tournament. There is no point playing the tournament which you are not ready for it. Earlier i saw UmerIdrees was sad as his team wasn't able to play in the asia cup, i would suggest him to use this time to develop a strong team with excessive domestic matches.
