I think Manchester united have been working on multiple deals. After Frankie De Jong’s announcement, others will be swift. Ten Hag has been a huge admirer of Tyrell right from his days at Ajax and tried signing him. And as it stands the deal is almost done for the Feyenoord left back, a very good player. Luke Shaw must sit up or will be benched. Both Arsenal and Manchester United are on Lisandro Martinez deal. I don’t know where he’ll choose to play for both clubs can meet up the fee that Ajax is asking for. I think he’ll be a good addition for both teams considering their systems.
Just to clarify the information... the fee that Arsenal are asking for Listandro Martínez is a "mere" 50 million Euros, which is fair because we are talking about a young player and a contract that runs until 2025.
For the asking price, I believe Arsenal are in a better position to sign him (despite both being in very healthy finances), but in my opinion he would be a better fit for Manchester United's style of play.
On the other hand, I don't rule out the possibility of Martínez staying at Arsenal, which wouldn't be a bad thing either.
