Support told you already that there is technical issue with their deposit system which affect your deposit. You may experience the same in any site that claim to have instant deposit if they are also facing technical issue with the deposit system. You are just a bit unlucky because you made a deposit when there is an issue. As long as there is good communication between you and the site, I think it is fine although I know waiting is a bit annoying.
