Will they allow a user who previously had a deactivated account to have a new account again?  That's the only thing that's not clear to me.

I think KYC is mandatory for everyone because you can't withdraw if your identity has not been confirmed yet.

I am ready to undergo KYC on Roobet if I need to withdraw money from my winnings.  I also enjoyed playing previously here at Roobet, I liked the design and the performance of their platform.  I also salute their support in taking action on my queries.
