Surely it is so. The young men(mostly) see this stories of success and think that this is easy money. So they want to become popular with doing nothing for it. But when they create youtube channel, telegram group, etc they quickly understand that they have no ideas to create content every day. Sometimes they have enough ideas for the month, but later they just close it without any positive result.
I was talking with man that works on small TV-channel. Every day 10 men makes video and 50 men think, what video they will make next day, next week, next month.
This is the main problem for entertainment and retention of the audience of any channel.
I have always admired the variety of themes and plots that, for example, the writers of "South Park" come up with. Sometimes these plots are so idiotic that it's even interesting to see what happens. And often very funny.
But I think a YouTuber should have more than just charisma, which is enough to keep the audience, say, for a month. You also need talent for inventing stories. And here you can’t do without 50 men or women who prepare in advance a schedule of stories for every day for a month or six months in advance. And managing this process is also not at all easy.
It turns out that a whole corporation is needed for successful work and a successful channel.
And not some kind of lone hero with charisma.
