Instead of looking for a replacement for Lukaku, Chelsea officially recruited Raphinha. Now they are also reportedly interested in bringing Neymar to Stamford Bridge even though a number of people booed him. I think these rumors are very interesting because to be honest I don't see Neymar having any problems at PSG all this time. But if Tuchel wants to reunite with Neymar then this is a good opportunity for him.

I'm not even sure that Raphinha is done deal already although Leeds have reject the bid for Barcelona since it was pretty much lower that 60M from Chelsea, their easiest deal would have been with Richarlison and there's been no news as to why it didn't happen any longer, I don't think it's Tottenham paid better or serves the players best interest from all possible angles.

Neymar isn't going to happen, at the very least most definitely not this season, you've already since first hand how aggressive PSG can be when it comes to keep their players, it happened when Barcelona came calling for Verratti years and most recently Real Madrid coming for Mbappe, Neymar doesn't have a release clause with PSG and he's still under a contract, there's definitely no way Chelsea can force PSG hand on this.
