You are partly right and the crypto market is in stagnation and many crypto projects do not find the proper investments, as they all work on the old system, predstagaya the same without functionality and any bank support and such bank projects as Africunia now become very popular and only gaining momentum, large investors will invest in such projects and not in standard ones.
