I agree for mediocre exchange but on established exchange such as Binance, FTX and Coinbase which has license to operate, I doubt that it will likely happened because they have billions of money in there reserves to operate even on volatile market. They already exist when Bitcoin price is below 10K USD. So how come they will compromised and stop withdrawal on price like this while they start from the very bottom for the bull run?
It’s true that we should not store our funds on exchange but they will likely not gonna stop withdrawal.
