Well I volunteer then.
At least I am a bit more trustworthy than the dev with his measly 18 posts (I have 570 at the time of this post and have been a member for a year and a lurker for longer).
Anyone can check my posting history, I am pretty vocal about warning others of scams and calling bullshit when I see it.
I also helped develop the counterparty GUI.
If anyone agrees I'll post my BTC address and start an online excel doc.
This project is getting interesting, but no escrow is smothering it.

I do not have any problem with an escrow.
Here are my terms for anyone who would want to organize it:
- I am not responsible for any losses caused by the escrow provider.
- The escrow must be released within the first month of release. After the escrow has been released the participants will get access to their funds.
- Only escrows before the end of the IPO are accepted.
I cannot restart the IPO or make it longer this would be unfair.
The beta however might be prolonged depending on how things work out.
Can you publish the total IPO amount or IPO investor list?
This will help later investors make decisions.
