My suggestion would be to give 1000 COMM (or a similar amount) each to all the applicants who dont meet the strict criteria set by the dev, so that no one will feel left out.We could leave couple of stakes for this purpose alone, from our bounty list.

Very good idea. It would be nice to get some coins even when you don't qualify.

We can start to make a list of such users. I can donnate some COMM for that.

If the dev can publish the full list in google docs, with write permission to those stake holders who are willing to donate,
then we as a community can make sure everyone gets some coins.

This takes some burden off the dev and we could decide on the amount to send after looking at the bitcoin profile, if we want.
(I mean it doesn't have to be any fixed amount)

i am still waiting for my stake i dont see why i wouldnt be qualified but to at least know if i am qualified or not its a step to show how fair the distribution is.
