If there is now another rule to get a stake of the distribution, it should be put on this thread's first page. Members considering applying will not read 70+ pages of this thread, they will only read the list of rules on the first page and be unaware of the new rule. When they do not get coins they will then complain.

Other members considering applying may look at the last page of this thread, and see reject complaints from apparently legitimate applications. They will not even apply for a stake because the application process seems impossible.
