Some religions allowed it as a form of recreation but they are not promoting it as a way to make income out of it, there's a big difference between recreation and making money, there are religions that are very strict in their implementation and there are religions that are open in accepting that people can play in gambling platform and they can only advise them how to treat gambling but not stop them, I'm in a country where gambling is allowed and religions in our country can only advice people on the bad sides of gambling.
