Putin killed more Donbas residents in the first couple of months of this war than have been killed in the prior 8 years of "shelling" (many civilians deaths were actually caused by Russian landmines). No one was stuck in any bomb shelters, in fact some Donetsk residents are now finding that their bomb shelters are inaccessible but the mayor is calling them "Ukrainian agents" for daring to complain.
