hi xMarcel, thanks for comments!

1) The main thing is the ability to make deposits/withdrawals via USDT TRC-20 and bet in USDT directly.
Many players don't like having their balances in volatile Bitcoin which price goes up and down every day/month. Why on Binance and Kraken almost all cryptos are trading against USDT? Because people want to cover their trading results and have balances in something stable.
Also Betfair offer betting in multiple STABLE fiat currencies.
The betting option in multiple cryptocurrencies will attract more players.
But if we stuck to just 1 currency, then it definitely should be stable USDT, not volatile BTC.
Also USDT TRC-20 transfer costs around 1$ regardless of the amount. Compare it to BTC transactions...

We agree. We will be moving Exbet over to use Euro as the base betting currency in the second half of 2022. As you say, people want to bet in stable currencies, and we have listened to this feedback.

2) The liquidity issue. All independent betting exchanges (not white-labels under Betfair's umbrella) have this problem. Low figures of matched volume also affect and discourage people from betting/trading on Exbet because players understand that after in-play bet will be placed then marketmakers might just remove their offers thus they will unable to cover their positions or cover on much bigger spreads.

As you say, liquidity is built across a number of metrics - price spread, volumes available, volumes matched.

As another poster wrote, we think that Exbet is VERY competitive on the first two metrics (price spread, volumes available) when comparing with most other exchanges, Betfair being an exception sometimes, of course. On the third metric, we need to see matched amounts increasing on Exbet. We believe that we will start to see this in the second half of 2022, as we move to Euro support, and as we continue to improve the product and offering.
