Yeah, unfortunately prices go up and down. On the bright side, if prices have gone down quite a bit, it also means that they can recover substantially to return to their previous price. ICP is now about 5 usd and peaked at about 500 usd. 0xMR is at .06 usd and peaked at about 2 usd. Either of these would be good bets if you think they will return to their ATH.
I'm not familiar with 0xMR, but in regards to ICP, I believe it to be the biggest crypto scam of all time. The price has been reduced from $500 to $5.
This used to be a very promising project and what ICP is doing now is so poor and forgettable that it bears no comparison. I have a feeling ICP is the next EOS version.
Bitcoin is below $20k again today, and the two coins you mentioned are likely to fall further due to this drop.
