As said, this is not how this forum works. What if I create a new account claiming that I am from your company and I must do updates or deletion?
Admit the fact your company was sloppy in handling that account, make a new one for the company and be more careful. And yes, make a completely new announcement.
This is really urgent and I have been battling to make contact with anyone in your organization who is able to assist me.
You have no means to correctly prove ownership on that account, hence continuing on this path will just waste your time.

The irony is that while you want so hard to prove you're from that company, you write its name wrong in your own mail address....
