Things to obey:
1. A gambler should gambling as an entertainment, not as a way to make money or the earning source of money.

Op this is a good list that would be adhered to in a utopian society. Having said this, I think it should be "Things to consider" and not "Things to obey". Obedience here doesn't guarantee "success in gambling". The fact is that not everyone has the luxury of gambling for entertainment. For some people is another source of income. So they take it very seriously. I am not referring to those who turn to gambling as a coping mechanism from life's challenges.

I find it difficult for people to rely on gambling as a source of income.I remember so called professional gamblers who stayed all day studying the games of that day and placing bets just a bit before the games started and they kept losing, they were in deep debts because of money borrowed and all sorts of other things.I have said it many other times, the only professionals who make money from gambling are some of the Poker star players who we see on TV or used to see on TV.Every tipster, professional gambler or whatever they call themselves I have not seen anyone of them succeed in life by making an income from gambling.
So it can be said that professional gamblers only exist on TV and not in the real world because in truth it is not easy to become a professional gambler and of course it requires a lot of capital and a lot of money to be spent to find out the gap points in the gambling place so that it will find weak points that can be used to make a profit. so on TV it's all just a setting and it won't be easy to become a reliable gambler.
