So, it's almost a month when 1xbit blocked my account without giving any reason, bit with stealing my money, all my winnings and a deposited money too.

I am sorry for your loss, but your money is likely gone. It seemed that this casino is expert in stalling techniques so their clients will give up on contacting them, but the reality is that they have gone away with this behavoir for a while and there is little one can do once your have transfered your crypto to another wallet. They have a long list victims here in the forum, it seems. I hope you did not deposited too much on they web casino.
