If you look at previous history, a bull market will usually occur every four years after the bitcoin halving as we have been through in 2017 and 2021, if the cycle will occur again in the future, most likely the next bull market will occur in 2024 or early entering 2025, but I'm not saying that it will really happen because no one can predict the market movement accurately, we just hope that the bear market will go away soon and make bitcoin come back to make new ATH again.
