A military building disguised as residential.
A missile was shot down and it fell on the building
A residential building full of enemy troops.
A Ukrainian missile, because Ukrainians use similar weapons, so there's no proof it was Russian.
For 8 years, since the US pushed in an Ukrainian government that the people didn't want, Russian leaning areas of Ukraine have been putting up with the Ukrainian military bombing out all kinds of Ukraine civilian areas.
So, Russia does it a little, and everybody forgets that the Ukraine has been doing it for 8 years? And few realize that it was the US behind it all. You jokers are pathetic.
