You are confusing "Last active" with "Local time". Satoshi's profile shows the same local time.

Basic security precautions which you should already be doing will protect you against these kind of low levels attacks or phishing. Use a good password manager such as KeePassXC, use randomly generated, strong, complex passwords, never reuse a password, use different emails for different purposes, don't click on random links which could lead to phishing sites.
