In every season in the Bundesliga, we only see the dominance of Bayern Munich. We are upset to see Bayern Munich dominate and win the title. We want to see a new team as champions. But Dortmund, the Bundesliga's best-known and one of the strongest team, have no interest in winning the title. Leipzig, on the other hand, try to win the title but they do not succeed due to the lack of enough talented players in the team. If Leipzig or Dortmund had spent enough money to build their own team, it would not have been so easy for Bayern Munich to win the title every season.
It looks more to me that Dortmund are interesting on making profit than winning trophies, they are more business minded. They groom and scout for talents only to sell them out to big clubs for huge amount sometimes they sell to their rivals not regarding their own growth. Bayern munich on the other hand have being active this summer adding talented players and adding dept to their squad, that shows they want to keep dominating the league and compete for the champions league trophy.
