They will because they don't rely on a bear market or bull market,they don't use dollars or any other currency except Bitcoin,and 1 Bitcoin is equal to 1 Bitcoin no matter the value of Bitcoin in dollars or other currencies.I don't think they will exit with a scam move,they survived other bear markets even harsher than this one just fine.Nothing has changed here,the user base at over 48 million users is still there and most of the users are active,gambling and doing all other related activities of the site.I don't doubt them as they are a proven team so far,anything can happen in crypto I know that but I don't think it will happen now with Freebitco.in that they will make an exit scam.
