I have two shares on #3 and I'm willing to pay .4 more to go to the #5. Is that possible or is it already full? If it's full, I'd recommend you to do the following: Everyone who's stuck at #3 and #4 will have to send .2 for each share. The ones who send are going to be moved to #3, and it'll be bought as soon as everyone gets it's shares. The ones that prefer to wait for the price to reach 570 again wait on #4.
