I am not sure if that person did, but freebitco.in is such a vast and huge place with so many people (literally tens of thousands easily, probably over 100k active ones) that means there must be at least one person with a few bitcoins worth of fun tokens and that wouldn't be a shock to me. I am not saying that it is a common thing, maybe there isn't a dozen of them, maybe it's rare, but with that kind of people here, it is not unthinkable to have some rich people spending some on it.

I have seen people losing tens of bitcoins on gambling, literally millions of dollars. So if they are willing to lose millions on gambling, shouldn't be weird to invest a few bitcoins on fun tokens neither.
