Iam on duelbits registered atleast a year, not gonna lie the promotions on sports it was really good. But the decide to not pay me the last promotion on ufc with the fiziev ko, i contact with the live chat so they told me iam not eligible for the promotion anymore, They couldnt even say the reason.

would you mind sharing screenshots of your conversation with their support and also the screenshots of them not paying the promotion you joined? I am not saying that you are lying but having screenshots to back up your claims would help your case and would be the best for you.
